Scope — These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the FORM UNBOUND website and to purchases or pre-orders made through FORM UNBOUND. 3. Products and product information — FORM UNBOUND makes reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, sizing, colours, materials, images, and availability accurately. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, production, or material differences. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights. 4. Pre-orders — The estimated delivery period for pre-order items is approximately 1 week after reservation or order confirmation, unless a different period is clearly communicated before purchase. Delivery estimates may change. If there is a meaningful delay, FORM UNBOUND will inform the customer. Applicable statutory cancellation, delivery, and refund rights remain available. 5. Prices, VAT, and shipping — Displayed consumer prices include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Standard outbound shipping is covered by FORM UNBOUND unless a different shipping method or cost is clearly shown before checkout. 6. Payment — Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. FORM UNBOUND does not store full payment-card details on its own systems. 7. Order acceptance — An order or pre-order is accepted when confirmation is provided after checkout or reservation. 8. Delivery — If FORM UNBOUND cannot supply the product within the communicated or legally applicable period, applicable cancellation and refund rights remain available. 9. Cancellation and withdrawal — Customers may have statutory withdrawal rights for online purchases.
